Why

Passionflower has long been used in traditional herbal medicine for the treatment of insomnia, anxiety and as a sedative to calm the central nervous system.

Passionflower has also been used as an analgesic, anti-spasmodic, anti-asthmatic and for sedative purposes in traditional Mayan Medicine. It has been researched for its positive effect on sleep and is included in our Rested nectar for its calming effects on the central nervous system.
